My dream house (or one of them anyway)

Every now and then I see a house which stops me in my tracks.
This house is perfect.
Every picture makes me catch my breath.
It's on Whidbey Island, which is somewhere I've always wanted to visit.
Very few words are necessary - the photos speak for themselves.

When I win the lottery I want to live in a house like this.

I came across this house on House of Turquoise

  1. I could sleep really well in one of those beds!
    Everything is so pretty!
    Enjoy the new week!

  2. I agree, especially that first photo. I love the ceilings.

  3. I agree with you. It's pretty close to perfect! I love those big windows letting in all the wonderful light!

  4. Samantha I will spilt the cost with you, so beautiful and dreamy. Nice choice - now back to the real world right!

  5. It's gorgeous! So seasidey. Love the ceiling!!

  6. Yes, I can see why you love this house - gorgeous.

  7. amazing! I love the bright white ;)

  8. You've got good taste! But why do you want your dream house interior to be in white? Don't you wanna add some livelier color in it? But anyway accents and furniture can make a house more inviting, however it will be costly.

  9. It looks so quiet and peaceful. I think I could be very happy there. But unfortunately, I too would have to win the lottery before I could so much as look at the house valuation without my eyes popping out of my skull. And not in a good way.

Realistically, I just want my house to have a big brick barbecue, like we used to have when I was younger, and a power shower. That's about as much luxury as I'll ever see I suspect.

  10. Love the kitchen room. I wonder if it's possible for me to have that in the future. Guess I should start saving for it now.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave me a comment. I will read every one and will visit your blog too (be patient with me as I get carried away blog browsing. I appreciate every comment left x
